Distance doesn't change how we work. It changes where you are when we do it.

Collaboration Without Compromise.

Remote work isn't a limitation. For the right artists, it's how the best creative relationships are built — without geography getting in the way.

Every development pathway, session type, and creative service available in LA is available everywhere. The process doesn't change. The creative involvement doesn't change. What changes is that you don't need to move to access it.

The collaboration is high-touch, actively directed, and creatively immersive — ongoing communication, live sessions, detailed feedback, and real creative development from wherever you are.

Two Session Formats.
One Creative Standard.

depending on what you're working on, sessions run in two formats. both are live, directed, and fully collaborative — not file exchanges or async feedback queues.

How Remote Collaboration Actually Works

This isn't a file drop service. It's an active creative partnership — live sessions, ongoing direction, and real development momentum from start to finish.

01
We Talk First

before anything starts, we have a conversation — no cost, no commitment. we figure out where you are creatively, what you're building toward, and whether the collaboration is the right fit. most artists know within the first 15 minutes.

02
Creative Direction Session

once we're moving, the first session is about establishing creative clarity — who you are as an artist, where you're going, and what the work needs to do. this shapes every session that follows and makes the time more focused from the start.

03
Live Sessions

sessions run live — in real time, face to face or direct audio connection. songwriting, development, recording, creative direction. nothing happens in isolation. the creative energy of working together translates fully through both formats.

04
Ongoing Communication

between sessions, the collaboration doesn't stop. notes, references, direction, feedback — the development stays active. you're not waiting days between touchpoints. creative momentum is maintained deliberately.

05
Revision & Refinement

feedback cycles are direct and clear — no guessing what the notes mean, no vague approvals. revisions happen with full creative context. the goal is always to get the work to where it needs to be, not to close out a deliverable.

06
Release & Rollout Support

for artists in development programs, the collaboration extends into rollout — content direction, release timing, audience positioning, campaign structure. the creative involvement doesn't end when the record is finished. it extends into how the world receives it.

What People Ask

Does the quality of the creative work change remotely?

no. the creative direction, development depth, and session quality are the same regardless of location. for recording sessions, VST Connect delivers full, uncompressed audio — technically identical to recording in-studio in LA. the only thing that changes is the commute.

Do I need to be technical to make recording sessions work?

no. if you can download an app and plug in a microphone, you're ready. the setup is walked through before the first session — it's simpler than it sounds, and you'll only need to do it once.

What microphone setup do I need?

for recording sessions you'll need a basic audio interface and condenser microphone. entry-level setups work well — you don't need anything expensive. if you're unsure what you have or what to get, bring it up in the first conversation and we'll figure it out together.

What internet speed do I need for recording?

for recording sessions, 200mb down and 40mb up is the recommended baseline. a wired ethernet connection is more reliable than wifi if you can manage it. you can check your speed here before we start. for video development sessions, a standard connection works fine.

What time zones do you work across?

based in Los Angeles — Pacific Time. artists in Europe, Asia, Australia, and across the US are all active collaborators. scheduling is handled individually to find what works across time zones.

Can I access the full development programs remotely?

yes. Ignition, Accelerator, and Oblivion are all fully available remotely. the creative development process, session depth, and ongoing involvement are the same — location is not a factor in what you can access.
